WHY I DO WHAT I DO

I’m Jason Rotger — a former Division 1 decathlete, performance coach, and lifelong student of speed and strength.

I’ve seen both sides of training:

Doing everything right and progressing

And working hard with no real direction

 

Too many athletes are stuck following random workouts, chasing fatigue instead of performance, or being coached by people who no longer train themselves.

I built Rotger Elite Performance to change that.
